The Team 

Nathan Kempin 

Twenty five years in the real estate industry in residential, retail, commercial investment  sectors. As the sole owner and developer of 60+ large size schemes with an institutional /  PLC tenant base, he has delivered 1 million+ sq ft of retail space across the UK, with  transactions completed in excess of £500 million.  

Jack Mann 

A former management consultant, he is an Oxbridge graduate with an MBA from Warwick  Business School. He has expertise in strategy and management issues, including  partnership development, and specialises in developing business plans, appraisals and  proposals for funding. His current work includes PRS and hotel development. 

David Anderson  

David has been in the international real estate business for four decades, developing his  own portfolio as well as advising major groups and high net worth individuals in Western Europe, the USA & Eastern Europe. He has a specific interest in the hotel, hospitality and  residential sectors, having developed, owned and operated ventures in these sectors,  focusing primarily on New York and London. He has a 21-year founder track record with an average 32% IRR on US$635m total completed transactions.
